Young-i has arrived, at Bitna's request, to keep the minds of the agents fresh and active during the summer break!
Take part in Young-i's basic or intensive classes to keep your knowledge and skills sharp!
Answer Young-i's questions correctly and obtain a PNA & Character EXP buff at the end of her class!
However, you have to be quick because you only have a short amount of time to give your answer to her questions!

War Games has received a small overhaul to keep it up to date with the latest content,
but still keeping it like it's current system on our servers.
We have decided to rework War Games to have it remain a DPS ranking event rather then a timed ranking event.The following changes have been made to War Games:

Training Grounds
The Training Grounds has received a fresh coat of paint and some brand new features!
With this new and improved Training Grounds,
we've taken the ease of the old training grounds and combined it with the convenience of the new training grounds!
These new Training Ground NPCs can be found in all hubs.
It contains a wide array of features to help you truly test your character's limit.
With the ability to reset your cooldowns, to fill your phase bar, to reset your hp and mp at will, and to spawn in different types and mutations of punching bags, you'll experience training like never before!

Once the requirements have been met, a purple quest will be available in Centum City.
Upon picking up the quest, it will give you tasks to complete in Hunter's Night for the promotion.To help agents get their promotion faster, the entries for the quest dungeon has been increased to 2 daily entries.

Hair Dye System
The long awaited dye system is finally here!
This system allows you to dye any hair using the preexisting colour combinations menu!
Create a style more unique to you and your outfits!
Hair Dye System Information-
This new system can be accessed in severals ways:
- [Right-Click] any [Hair Dye Ampule]
- Visiting any [Costume] and/or [Wardrobe] NPC
- Hairs will become unsealed when a dye has been used
- Once a hair is dyed, staff are unable to return the hair to it's previous dyed state
- Hairs will lose their dye when upgrading from 1-star -> 2-star or 2-star -> 3-star.
- All hairs with a small black box in the top right corner of the hair icon is able to be dyed
- An additional 82 custom dyes (making the total 777 dyes) have been added to the dye list!

Random Portrait System
Are you indecisive when it comes down to picking the right portrait and keep on changing it around a lot?
Then this brand new randomized portrait system is for you!
You can select and wear any of your available portraits by putting it in the random list!
Every time you change your map or relog the character, the portraits and HUD images will change randomly!
The portraits must be [right-clicked] in order to select and deselect it.
If no portraits are selected, the [Trainee] portrait will be applied by default.

Do you enjoy taking screenshots in-game, or showing off your brand new style? Then Union Paparazzi is the place for you!
Enter in your favorite screenshots or match the given theme for a chance to win!
As with all events, there are certain rules and regulations that must be followed.
