A patch has been applied to the Demonic Heartbeat Gacha to fix the missing Triss weapons. Those that had already purchased pulls (more than 20) on the gacha will find Nonhair Costume box(es) on the character that pulled the most as compensation.

Unfortunately its not something we can outright say or comment on when it comes to official content. It has no direct time frame and we do not/cannot make promises we know we might not be able to keep. Though I do believe we will have some things to share this coming week.

Existing characters can now be jumped to level 95 and given the same items a jump character would receive. A Growth Leveling Ticket can be obtained via the Events tab. Use this ticket to change any character, regardless of it's currently level and promotion, to the start of Martyr's Hill quest line with all gear a Jump Character would receive. Each character will have various items in their consumables tab, will be promoted to their 5th promotion (Prime/Shadow/Decisive Agent), and will have the necessary points to level up their passive skills. Only 1 character per account may jump using this method and once it's used we are unable to change or revert it for you. So be sure to jump the correct character! The characters must be made prior to using the item. So if you want to jump a new Seulbi for example, be sure to create the Seulbi before using the ticket!
