We have contacted the hosts and are awaiting them to look into and resolve the issue. Please keep an eye on this post for any and all updates on this issue and we hope to have it up and running again as soon as possible. Gitae Posted December 13, 2021 Share Posted December 13, 2021 Agents, It appears one of the HDD on a specific service has been impacted by the issue and is need of being replaced. To save us all time, we've decided to just replace the machine entirely as it is quite old and usually the timeframe to replace a disk takes longer than ordering a new machine. I am currently configuring the new machine and hope to return with good news asap. Also I want to re-affirm any concerns, no one's data or progress will be lost due to this issue. There may be some agents who experience Xigncode errors. If you happen to experience any Xigncode errors, please do the following: Locate Client Folder. Delete the "XIGNCODE" folder.
