  1. For the first thing I want to say to you who want to play Soma. Soma is a difficult character to play, her skill, her Speed and her cooldown skill is something very difficult for beginners. But if you are already used it perfectly or professionally, soma is a very good character in terms of damage, support, and also her speed (after balance skill). After being completely revamp by Naddic, Soma becomes a character who is able to compete with other characters in terms of speed and of course damage. but isn't there anything negative that happened to soma after the revamp?, of course there is, namely in terms of cooldown skills, naddic seems to forget about cooldown after they increase the speed of soma's skills and it's really felt when you play against bosses (solo), or dungeons like "War Games". For Example (After Balance skill): First introduction of Soma Demage Type: Physical Using Conditional Type: Air Strike and of course Chase. Soma can usually deal all types of conditional damage, so why don't we choose Back too?, the main reason is, not all soma skills get Back damage. And My main reason is because on average soma skill is easier or faster to use when done in the Air, and if we use the skill in the Air, there are some skills that don't get Back damage (especially when dealing with bosses). Pros: Soma is the character with the best damage in closers, with improved speed and mobility from the previous one (since the beginning of the balancing skill). With good support abilities, Soma can be a versatile character in terms of solo or party. Cons: Although I said that Soma's speed has been increased by the developer, but there are other obstacles that arise after that, namely cooldown skill. When we complete the dungeon with a party it is not too significant, this deficiency will be felt when we play solo. Then besides the cooldown, Soma has another lack, namely Skill Cost which is very MP draining. Next is about Skill & Passive: Basic Skill 1. if you activate this skill, you will get a buff like this 2. Cancel skill from enemies, and give invicible for 1 second (+0.2 seconds per skill level) 3. Allows you to dodge from enemy skills Character Passive 1. With the ability to manipulate fire and lightning, soma has own uniqueness when compared to other characters. If you use "Asura's Dencent" then you- can activate other skills such as (Destructive Strike and Sky Breaker ). Then if you use the skill "Indra's Lightning" you can activate- other skills such as (Skanda and Lightning Dance ). This is what makes Soma very difficult for beginners to use. If you are not good at setting- the type of attack (fire and lightning) then the skill will turn gray or cannot be used. You can also get buffs after using Asura's or Indra's skills 2. At the beginning when Soma appeared and had not gotten the 3rd job yet (namely Special Agent), the Mantra skill (which can give buffs in the form of- HP and MP) was very useless. But after getting the Special Agent Job, this Mantra skill is finally buffed and becomes more useful when used alone or- to support other players. This passive gets another advantage in the form of (Destructive Strike's Damage Increase, Skanda's Damage Increase, and Lion Roar's - Damage Increase) when you already finish the 3rd job quest. 3. The fourth job is called Task Force, where Levia, Misteltein and Soma become a team and gain unique skills for themselves. (This skill is not accompanied by a buff, and only deals damage to the enemy). Active Skills (Trainee Agent) 1. As I said before, this skill is very useless if you haven't gotten the "Great Nature" passive 3rd Job character. But this skill becomes very useful if you have passed the 3rd job, by giving HP/MP and Phase Force Recovery time by (+0.5% per skill level) to yourself and your party for 3 seconds, and becoming immune from enemy attacks. This skill also gives the Hero Time! buff, which if we get this buff we can use fire and lightning skills without having to activate Asura's Stance or Indra's Stance . Unfortunately the duration of this buff is only 10 seconds. *The lack of this skill is, you can't move while using this skill. So use it as effectively as possible. 2. Use this skill if you want to activate other fire type skills like (Destructive Strike and Sky Breaker ). If you use it on the ground, this skill will automatically become Air Type. You have to use this skill to activate Asura's Stance. . You also get 2 buffs when you use it 3. Like Asura's Descent, use this skill if you want to activate other lightning elemental skills such as (Skanda and Lightning Dance ). You have to use this skill to activate Indra’s Stance. You also get a buff 4. There's not much I can say for this skill, basically this skill is meant to grab the enemy. And this skill doesn't give any buff, so as much as possible if you don't have a lot of SP (skill points), just upgrade this skill to lvl 10, because if you upgrade this skill to Master , you will get Reduce the critical damage resistance of the enemies hit by the additional hit by 20% for 10 seconds when u use this skill. 5. This skill will count as the Chase if you use it in the air or on the ground. If you use it properly, there will be an effect called “Ksana” which will add damage and also make your character untouchable (iframe) when using this skill. And also gives additional damage when you activate “Ksana”. Use this skill in the Air to speed up the attack animation. If you have completed the 4th job, then the damage from this skill will increase. *Note: Ksana is a unique system that only exists in character Soma looks like spells. If you hit a skill that has “Ksana” perfectly, you will get additional damage (or full damage) from the skill that requires Ksana. This is what makes it sometimes difficult for beginners to get the best damage from Destructive Strike , Sky Breaker , and Rank 1 Special Move skills . This how Ksana looks like: 6. When you use this skill, Soma will become an iframe. Get the uniqueness of Super Armor Crash and also decrease crit damage resistance of enemies by 20% for 15 seconds. *Usually this skill is not very useful in dungeons. Unlike in PVP, this skill is very useful for lifting fallen enemies Active Skills – Novice Agent 1. When you use this skill, you will get conditional damage ABC (Air, Back, Chase). If you activate Ksana in this skill, the damage given will increase up to 3 times. You will also get iframe when you using this skill with Ksana. Destructive strike is an Asura's Stance skill, so if you want to use this skill, you have to activate Asura's Stance first. And use this skill in the air to speed up the attack animation. 2. Press and hold this skill if you want to get instant damage, and this skill will make Soma immune when using it. Every time you use this skill, the Special Move: Divine Spear will decrease the cooldown. To activate this skill you have to activate Indra's Stance first. 3. It's the same with Two Moons skill, I can't say much about this skill. The point in this skill is useful if you face many enemies, because this skill will suck or unite every enemy to one spot. *If you don't have a lot of SP points, I suggest at least raising it to level 10 or Master so that it counts as “Direct Damage” when you use this skill. 4. If you use this skill, Soma will get an iframe, and this skill will always be counted as Chase and Critical. *For those of you who are playing Soma for the first time, there is a way to use this skill without having to wait animation skills. The trick is to use the Lightning Dance skill to full casting at first time, then you will get a buff like this. *Remember, this buff is only 10 seconds Active Skills – Regular Agent 1. Use this skill until full cast, then you will get the buff Indra's Authority: Divine Spear which is a buff to use Special Move: Divine Spear instantly. Besides that you will also get Direct Damage in the last punch. Besides the buff above, you will also get another buff like Indra's Authority: Heavenly Star , which is to activate the Heavenly Star Buff contained in the Skanda skill. You can press 2 times Skanda after this buff is active. (Remember. this buff is only 5 seconds). When you get the Heavenly Stars buff, the cooldown of Skanda will immediately reset. *To activate this skill you have to activate Indra's Stance first. 2. This skill is accompanied by Direct Damage, but only in the last attack animation of this skill. This skill also provides a buff in the form of "Yakhsa Advent" when you use it, you can stack this buff up to max of 10 times. 3. With great damage makes this skill can be used to defeat enemies type boss instantly (your character must also have high stats). The lack of this skill is, you have to activate Ksana to get perfect damage. Sky Breaker is an Asura's Stance skill, so if you want to use this skill, you have to activate Asura's Stance first. 4. This skill will trigger Chase and Back conditional damage, so my advice is to use this skill in the Air. Besides that soma will also be immune when this skill is used. This skill also gives buff. *Destructive Strike cooldown will be reset after using this skill. Active Skills – Special Agent 1. Similar to the regular version, EX Asura’s Descent however deals more damage as forced ABC in a larger range while decreasing the Crit Damage Resistance of hit by target by 15% for 20 seconds. The Asura’s Descent and Deva buff are increased as well, and give better bonus stats. This skill will count as Air Attack even if you use it on the ground, I usually use this skill at the beginning so I don't have to jump again hehe. *Same as previous version, this skill active Asura's Stance buff as well 2. Different from the previous version, if you change this skill to EX, soma will be able to dash 3 times. Holding up to 3 charges, EX Indra’s Lightning replace original version for better damage and mobility, while every use of this skill lowers the cooldown of Special Move: Divine Spear by 1.5 seconds. You also get a better buff than the previous version. *Same as the previous version, this skill also activates Indra's Stance. 3. My favorite skill so far, with much better damage than the previous version, this skill can be used to kill low tier bosses instantly. With mobility that makes it easier for us to chase enemies, Soma will also be immune when this skill is used. The lack of this skill is, you have to activate Ksana to get perfect damage, if yuo failed to get Ksana you need to wait until 20 seconds to be able to use it again. Each successful Ksana for EX Sky Breaker also gives a permanent and stacking Asura’s Blessing buff. Same as the previous version, this skill also activates by Asura’s Stance. *Note: This skill should also be prioritized when aiming for skill tunes. 4. Activates the Blessed Elixir to fully heal 100% HP, MP, and also Awakened Empowered State to herself and all party member when this skill animation end. Just like Mantra , this skill also provides a Hero Time! buff, but with a longer duration which becomes Superhero Time!. This skill got Direct damage as well when the animation skill’s ends. > if you are aiming for a speed run while running dungeons, my advice is not to use this skill until the animation ends, because when you use this skill, all skills will reset their cooldown without having to wait for the animation ends. But you don't get the Superhero Time! Buff. Because the damage produced by this skill is not that big, so I suggest for those of you who don't have enough SP, level 6 is still better. *This skill does not consume MP to cast. Active Skills – Task Force As I said above, this skill normally doesn't have buffs and only deals damage. Forced Air: Asura's Descent , Special Move: Divine Fire , Destructive Strike , EX Asura's Descent , EX Indra's Lightning , EX Sky Breaker Forced Back Asura's Descent , Destructive Strike , Phase Wave Bullet , Lightning Dance , Sky Breaker ,Karma , Special Move: Divine Light , EX Asura's Descent , EX Indra's Lightning , EX Sky Breaker (Ksana Only) Special Move: Blessed Elixir Forced Chase Asura's Descent , Indra's Lightning , Special Move: Divine Fire , Destructive Strike , Skanda , Phase Wave Bullet , Special Move: Divine Spear , Lightning Dance , Sky Breaker , Karma , Special Move: Divine Light ,EX Asura's Descent EX Indra's Lightning , EX Sky Breaker (Ksana Only) , Special Move: Blessed Elixir True Demage Phase Wave Bullet (Last Explosion) , Lightning Dance (Last Punch) , Karma (Last Spin Kick) , Special Move: Blessed Elixir Skill Cube: I recommend this skill cube for all skill Title until now I still stick with this title Recommended Passive Skill Recommended PNA 1. Offensive Strain, Defensive Strain, Utility Strain 2. Special Strain *Note: Why I’m using Back and Air, not Chase and Air?, because back attack gives the biggest % of the other 2 conditional damage, because soma is a typical ABC character, so it doesn't matter if you use back attack with air attack. Besides targeting % I'm also aiming for TCP hehe. 3. Amplifier *Note: For Soma, I prefer to use this option because compared to other options, this option does more %, especially non hybrid characters. Recommended Tuning 1. Core 2. Module 3. Trinket 4. Amplifier Recommended Chip 1. Core 2. Module 3. Trinket 4. Amplifier *Note: Why I use Air instead of chase, because for me, chase is already in Tuning Costume, so to balance between air and chase, I choose Aerial for equipment tuning. And % of all are no different, that's why I don't use a back attack like in PNA.
