The server is on it's way back online. Pumpkin Head should now appear in his assigned dungeons correctly. Unfortunately we have run into a snag with the event buff. Seems its a bit more of a difficult issue to fix then what we originally thought. Rather then keep the server down for an unknown period of time, we will leave it for now and see if a reset possibly sorts it. There is a chance it could. If a reset does not sort this issue, we will look to fix it next Monday maintenance. With the buff having it's own period of downtime, we will be adding an additional 2 weeks of remaining time to only active buff once it is fixed to cover this buff's downtime period. As a note, during this period, fireworks would still be unobtainable as the event itself will have ended - the only thing obtained during these extra 2 weeks will be the buff itself.
