Stones can be crafted in Fantasy World: Dream Theater <<Reverse>> -> Matter Mixer NPC.
Go to the nearest Enhancement / Tuning NPC -> pick Transcend (D) option to finish transcending your gear.
You can craft [condensed] stones to increase your transcendence chance to 100%!
There is 5 transcendence stages for each core & module.
You can obtain up to 22 Machine King's Legacies per Raid (SSS rank).
